Order Cancellations

If your order has already been paid and you wish to change or cancel it, please contact us before your order begins processing. Once packaging and shipping have started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Store Credit

Every Red Moon Eclipse creation is conjured just for you, made-to-order with care and a sprinkle of magic. To honor both craft and cosmos, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Only items that arrive defective, misprinted, or incorrect are eligible.

If your order arrives imperfect:

 

- Contact us within 15 days of delivery and include clear photos.

 

- Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit to set things right.

 

* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify.

* Final sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Shipping Damage

If your order is damaged during transit, the shipping carrier is responsible. Please file a claim directly with the carrier. We’ll provide documentation to assist if needed.

 

 

Additional Notes

 

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card that never expires.
